What is the pay range for EVAs?

Compensation is based on EVA experience and professional background. Qualified EVAs can earn up to $30 per hour.

How many clients will I support?

Most EVAs support one long-term client, ensuring deeper partnership and sustainable workload.

How does matching work?

You’ll join our selective EVA roster after approval. Matches are based on alignment — communication style, experience, leadership compatibility — not speed. Typical match time: 2–4 weeks, depending on client demand.
